Board of Trustees
The board comprises of the following members - the Principal Officer is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Scheme:
ELECTION ONTO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Scheme's Board of Trustees and Principal Officer are the representatives of the Scheme members and are legally responsible for the managing of the Scheme on behalf of its members. A new Trustee is appointed by the current Board of Trustees. A nomination occurs when there is a vacancy, and thereafter the election process begins, which is usually concluded by the end of May. The current Principal Officer then notifies the Scheme members of the newly elected trustees at the Scheme's Annual General Meeting.
